01Scope of this policy
This policy covers the Dhrunex website (www.dhrunex.com) and the enquiry forms on it, operated by Slantaxiom Private Limited. It does not cover patient or clinical data processed inside the Dhrunex platform: there, the hospital using Dhrunex is the data fiduciary, and Dhrunex processes that data on the hospital's behalf under the agreement between Slantaxiom and the hospital.
02Information you give us
When you submit the “Book a demo” or “Contact us” form, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, phone number, hospital or company name, and your message. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and follow up on a demo, and communicate about Dhrunex services. It is stored in our Google Workspace account and kept only for as long as it is relevant to your enquiry or our business relationship; you can ask us to delete it at any time.
03Information collected automatically
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type). Google Analytics sets cookies and collects device identifiers on Google's behalf; how Google handles this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We also use Vercel Analytics, a cookie-free service that reports aggregate page statistics. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
04Cookies
The only cookies this website sets are the Google Analytics cookies described above (such as _ga). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website works normally without them.
05Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run this website on our behalf, Google (Workspace and Analytics) and Vercel (hosting), and where disclosure is required by law or to protect our legal rights.
06Data security
Access to enquiry data is restricted to the Slantaxiom team, and we apply appropriate safeguards, including access controls and secure handling practices, to protect personal information.
07Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, and raise a grievance about how it has been handled. Write to team@slantaxiom.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
08Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our data practices change. This version is effective from 16 August 2026.
